Voice to Skull - (Evidence and Anecdotes) What You Need to Know about Mind Control Technology

Shem from Discerning The Mystery put together a fantastic compilation of research and evidence unequivocally demonstrating that Voice of God or Voice to Skull technology is very real.

I focused on the psychological foundations of externalized forms of mind control in the below-linked article. While this information can be disturbing, gaining knowledge of it is essential to develop immunity against it.

The evidence presented below—in one case a patent for a device from 1989, and the discovery of the Microwave Auditory Effect in World War II—is undeniable proof that these technologies exist.

One positive perspective to consider is that these technologies demonstrate the proof concept that the human body is most definitely capable receiving and understanding subtle energies. The fact that our nervous system can receive electromagnetic signals and translate them into discernible information is truly astounding. For if information receipt can be induced using these artificial means, imagine what can be done with a properly trained mind and tuned body.
 “What we do now echoes in eternity.”
Consider that everything we think ripples out into the universe, in part, as electromagnetic waves, via our emotions. Consider what we do physically is recorded and stored in time via the universe of energy and matter. These simple truths means that a record of everything that has occurred in the universe of time and space is swirling about us as a symphony of energy and wave forms. This has been called the Akashic record in some circles, which according to monastic traditions and mystery schools, can be accessed via mental discipline exercises.

If this is true, and by all accounts it is, all we need do is tune our body to the radio station we want to hear, and a flood of information will fill our minds. As an example of this ability, consider remote viewing and that one can access information from seemingly any time or place simply by focusing on an aspect of it. The CIA and DIA have extensively used these methods for intelligence gathering purposes, further underscoring the reality of extrasensory perception.

So while this information can be unsettling, to the holistic truth seeker, it is evidence of the interconnected nature of reality, and that our bodies are a kind of temple or antenna for receiving wisdom from the universe.

The topic of voice-to-skull technology is one of depth, controversy, and technical sophistication. This technology which has likely been around for decades has recently reappeared in modern times as a subject of both intrigue and controversy. There are numerous cases of individuals who have been plagued by voices of various kinds, most of whom are simply thought to be mentally unstable, but could there be more to some of these cases? Lets find out.

To start, we turn to an article from the website, “Altered Dimensions”, for a story on one famous case of a cultural icon, and the voices in her head.

In 1942, during the early days of World War II, U.S. citizens located along the Pacific coast lived in constant fear of an imminent Japanese invasion (a Japanese submarine had already been spotted near the coast early that year).  During the wave of panic (a few years before she began filming I Love Lucy), Lucy had several temporary dental fillings fitted in her teeth. Later that day, as she drove home from MGM to her ranch in San Fernando Valley, she heard a strange sound which she at first thought was music. She reached down to turn off the radio and noticed that it was not on. The music grew louder and after twisting and turning in the car to determine the source, she was stunned when she realized the music was coming from her mouth. According to Lucille Ball:

“I even recognized the tune. My mouth was humming and thumping with the drumbeat, and I thought I was losing my mind. I thought, ‘What the hell is this?’ Then it started to subside.”

Lucy arrived at home and as she climbed into her bed, wondered if she should tell anyone what had happened.

The next day, Lucy recounted the experience to fellow actor Buster Keaton. Keaton laughed, and explained to Lucy that she was picking up television signals through her new dental work. He explained that the same thing had happened to a friend of his and that there was nothing to worry about. Lucy thought no more about it – until it happened again.

About a week after her first incident, Lucy was driving home from MGM Studios (along a different route) when her mouth started “jumping”. She immediately recognized that the sound was not music, but rather, Morse code. As she continued down the road, the sound began to fade. Lucy stopped the car and backed up, noting that the sound grew louder and louder until she reached one specific home along her route (the location of the home has never been revealed to the public).

“I stopped the car and then started backing up until it was coming in full strength. DE-DE-DE-DE-DE-DE DE-DE-DE-DE! I tell you, I got the hell out of there real quick.”

The following day, Lucy told an MGM security officer about the incident. Thinking it suspicious, the officer called the authorities (Lucy believed it was the FBI) who drove to the home where Lucy said the Morse code signal was the strongest. During a search of the premises, authorities found a secret underground Japanese radio station. According to Lucy:

“It was somebody’s gardener, but sure enough, they were spies.”

Though this is only anecdotal information, it allows us to take a second look at the validity of the claims of Lucille Ball, and raises the question of just how long the concepts behind this technology have been documented.  In Lucy's days, I imagine that the knowledge of advanced, technological development was not at all common. However, I do not doubt that the United States and various other countries were at least attempting to develop different versions of voice-to-skull transmission technology.

Lets fast-forward to modern day to see what has been developed since then. We go to to find that there are multiple patents filed for this voice-to-skull (or V2K) technology. This particular patent includes a device which uses microwaves as the medium of transfer.

United States Patent 4,877,027 Brunkan October 31, 1989

Hearing System
Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.

I claim:
1. Apparatus for creating human hearing comprising:
(a) an audio source for creating electrical audio waves having positive peaks;
(b) a frequency modulator generator connected to the audio source to create frequency modulated bursts;

(c) a source of constant voltage to create a voltage standard that is in the range of 25% to 85% of the peak voltage of the audio waves;
(d) a comparator connected to the voltage source and the audio source to compare the instantaneous voltage of the waves from the audio source with the voltage standard;
(e) a connection of the comparator to the frequency modulator generator to activate the frequency modulator generator when the instantaneous voltage of the audio wave exceeds the standard voltage;
(f) a microwave generator creating microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz and connected to the frequency modulator generator, generating microwaves only when pulsed by the frequency modulator generator; and
(g) an antenna connected to the microwave generator to radiate the head of a human being to produce the sounds of the audio source.
2. Apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein the frequency generating range of the frequency modulator generator is 1 Khz to 100 KHz for bursts and 100 KHz to 20 MHZ for pulses within a burst.
3. Apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein the frequency generating range of the frequency modulator generator is one Khz to 100 KHz for bursts and 100 KHz to 20 MHZ for pulses within a burst and the duration of each pulse of the frequency modulator generator is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond.
4. Apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein the voltage standard is approximately 50% of the peak of the audio waves.
5. Apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein the antenna is of the type that projects the microwaves in space to the head of a person.
6. Apparatus for creating human hearing comprising:
(a) an oscillator creating an electromagnetic carrier wave at a selected frequency in the range of 100 Mhz to 10,000 Mhz;
(b) a pulse generator connected to said oscillator to pulse the carrier with pulses having a width in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond with a minimum spacing between pulses of about 25 nanoseconds;

(c) a frequency modulator connected to the pulse generator;
(d) an audio signal generator connected to the modulator which modulates the pulses in accordance with the audio signal; and
(e) a transmitting antenna connected to the oscillator to transmit the carrier wave as thus modified to project the electromagnetic energy through space to the head of a person.
7. Apparatus as set forth in claim 6 wherein the modulator is a frequency modulator to vary the density of bursts within an audio envelope as a function of the audio amplitude.
8. The method of irradiating a person's head to produce sound in the head of the person comprising
(a) irridiating the head of a person with microwaves in the range of 100 Mhz to 10,000 Mhz;
(b) pulsing said microwaves with pulses in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond; and
(c) frequency modulating groups of pulses called bursts by audio waves wherein the modulation extends from 1 Khz to 100 Khz.
This invention relates to a hearing system for human beings in which high frequency electromagnetic energy is projected through the air to the head of a human being and the electromagnetic energy is modulated to create signals that can be discerned by the human being regardless of the hearing ability of the person.

A way to circumvent the normal hearing of a human being and to send a message to them that is undetectable to those around them... This sound like technology from a spy movie, but it's actually real. Not only this, but it seems that someone of particular, professional discipline intended to make a good deal of money on it. Otherwise, why file a patent?

So it's clear that this technology is real, as are many like it, but what is this technology based on? What is the science behind it? Lets consult Wikipedia. (Though Wikipedia is likely a site which is aligned more with the established order of conformity, I feel it can be helpful to some extent. Though for a more complete description, one may want to search elsewhere.) It turns out that this V2K technology is based on a scientific principle known as the “microwave auditory effect”.

"The Microwave Auditory Effect, also known as the microwave hearing effect or the Frey effect, consists of audible clicks (or, with speech modulation, spoken words) induced by pulsed/modulated microwave frequencies. The clicks are generated directly inside the human head without the need of any receiving electronic device. The effect was first reported by persons working in the vicinity of radar transponders during World War II.. During the Cold War era, the American neuroscientist Allan H. Frey studied this phenomenon and was the first to publish information on the nature of the microwave auditory effect.

Pulsed microwave radiation can be heard by some workers; the irradiated personnel perceive auditory sensations of clicking or buzzing. The cause is thought to be thermoelastic expansion of portions of the auditory apparatus. Competing theories explain the results of interferometric holography tests differently.

In 2003–04, the WaveBand Corp. had a contract from the U.S. Navy for the design of a MAE system they called MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio) intended to remotely, temporarily incapacitate personnel. The project was cancelled in 2005."

So we have this principle involving transmitted microwaves over a distance which cause vibration in the human skull of the individual being targeted.  One could liken this to the common microwave oven, except that instead of exciting water molecules and cooking with these waves, the waves vibrate human bone tissue.  The bone tissue, in turn, vibrates the auditory system, inducing sound sensations and auditory information directly to the individual.  Though this principle is legitimate, it is still not common knowledge among most populations.
We see this principle is even recognized by the establishment. However, the mainstream story seems to stick to the narrative of “It's been cancelled. ...Nothing to see here.” Call me suspicious, but I tend to question such narratives. If this MEDUSA program and other like programs were truly cancelled, that's one thing, but these programs were only cancelled on the publicly-visible side of the military powers using it.  This has no baring on the private or proprietary side of the equation.  What might we find if we are to look for hints of soft disclosure of the continued use of this technology?  One incident comes to mind.

On September 9, 2013, Washington Post published an article on a tragic shooting at Washington Navy Yard. Many will remember the shooter involved as Aaron Alexis.

"Aaron Alexis carved bizarre phrases on the stock of his shotgun before he killed 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard on Monday, and investigators are hoping the words provide clues to what prompted the shooting, two law enforcement officials said.

The phrases were “Better off this way” and “My ELF weapon,” according to the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

The officials cautioned they do not yet know what, if anything, Alexis meant in the etchings.
ELF generally stands for “extremely low frequency” and can refer to weather or communications efforts, among other things.

Alexis, who was battling mental health issues, told police in Rhode Island in August that he was hearing voices of three people who had been sent to follow him and keep him awake and were using “some sort of microwave machine” to send vibrations into his body, preventing him from falling asleep, according to police reports."

This was a tragic event perpetrated by an extremely troubled man. In this case, many may be wondering what instigated this event. What was troubling Alexis to make him commit these murders after carving, “ My ELF weapon” into his shotgun?
