Cosmic Disclosure Season 4 - Episode 4: Government Troll Data Center - Summary and Analysis | Corey Goode and David Wilcock

Given how rewarding sharing our ideas and beliefs can be, it is a natural part of life to engage in discussions. But unlike in real life, the use of fake online personas has become commonplace, often used to intentionally steer public opinion or cause dissension in genuine topics of interest. Anyone who has engaged in discussion online has probably encountered a very passionate, rude, and confrontational person, what has come to be known as a Troll

Governments of various nations around the world are actively engaged in social engineering programs called Online Personal Management Services. They are chiefly designed to cause conflict, divide communities, create artificial consensus, and limit the dissemination of information deemed dangerous to government secrecy.

Corey Goode had a career in IT services, and during his time in civilian life, he helped set up a Government Troll Data Center. He says that these centers use VMware or virtual machine software that enable
s them to appear at various server locations around the world, making them very hard to trace.

Goode says that these projects are designed to create false consensus so that non-paid trolls or individuals participating in online discussions unwittingly become pawns by being duped into promoting the trolls agenda. Persons in the program can have as many as 12 different identities, complete with believable background stories, so as to easily deceive the public.

Given that the internet is the primary tool the awakening masses to gain new knowledge and coordinate liberation efforts, this episode is probably one of the most important for our shifting times. The odds are, we have encountered paid trolls online, or at the very least, individuals who have been influenced by them. As such, learning to develop skills of discernment and self-mastery can help provide a measure of resistance against the nefarious influences of these false personalities.

Overview of Corey Goode, the Secret Space Program Alliance and the Sphere Being Alliance:

Corey Goode is a Secret Space Program (SSP) insider and whistleblower that began disclosing information in 2009 under the pseudonym GoodETxSG. In 2014, he started revealing a great deal more information in an effort to prepare humanity for what he calls data dumps, set to occur at an opportune moment in the future. Much of the information he provides comes from Smart Glass Pads, iPad-like devices supplied to SSP personnel for information dissemination purposes. This will be a groundbreaking event, revealing the totality of Earth's history and the activities of the Cabal which will ultimately lead to a truth and reconciliation style tribunal to hold criminal elements accountable for wrongdoing. Additionally, the SSP Alliance intends on releasing all of the hidden technology to the people in preparation for a Star Trek-type golden age civilization.

According to Goode, the Cabal or the secret Earth government and their syndicates (as termed by the SSP Alliance) have enslaved humanity under a false paradigm of a technological advancement, while secretly developing incredible technology (a Star Trek level of advancement) used to colonize the solar system and beyond, engaging in trade with thousands of extraterrestrial races.

Space programs have been developed in secret all throughout Earth's history, and in many cases, groups broke away from the main culture forming what is called a Breakaway Civilization. Some of these civilizations have existed in secret, on Earth and beyond for, thousands of years. The Agartha Network is one such group that claims to be the original human race. It was this group in addition to the Draco Alliance, that made contact with a secret German space program in the early 20th Century.

In modern times, the Germans were the most advanced of the SSP groups, beginning their efforts in earnest during the early 1920's and 30's. The Americans were also developing a SSP, but were much further behind in technological advances. Later, the American SSPs were infiltrated and taken over by the Germans after the end of World War II. It was after this forced merger that the SSP, under the direction of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC), expanded into the solar system and beyond, setting up dozens of bases and mining facilities chiefly using slave labor.

In the early 1990's, a faction within the SSP known as Solar Warden slowly began to go against the ICC, allying with a group of highly evolved extraterrestrials known as the Sphere Being Alliance in 2012. Since then, more factions have joined the alliance which is actively working to free humanity on Earth and beyond, known as the SSP Alliance. Despite their good intentions, the SSP Alliance is a group of highly damaged and morally ambiguous individuals, according to Goode, that recognize at some level the need to change the status quo, but are hardly angels.

The Sphere Beings are a group of five extraterrestrial races, one of which is known as the Blue Avians, that arrived in the solar system during the late 1980's. Two of the races remain unrevealed; however, there is also a race of Golden Triangle Head beings and Blue Orb beings made of light. Over the course of 20 years, they began bringing massive spheres into the solar system and surrounding area, some which are the size of Jupiter. This is in an effort to down-step galactic energy waves, which are slowly changing life as we know it. These spheres are cloaked and not detectable by the surface population of Earth.

According to the Sphere Beings, a massive shift in energetic expression is now occurring in the solar system, as the result of a natural process of consciousness evolution, assisted by our solar system's movement through the galaxy and increasingly coherent energy fields encountered as a result. The Sphere Being Alliance specifically asked for Goode to represent them in SSP Alliance meetings as a Sphere Being Alliance delegate. Presently, the SSP Alliance is negotiating with the remaining cabal aligned programs, as well as innumerable races that have lived in the solar system for millions of years, and even breakaway civilizations once resident on the Earth's surface. The Sphere Beings have erected an energy barrier around the solar system preventing ingress and egress, trapping many of the negatively oriented groups that have been loosely allied with the secret Earth government syndicates for thousands of years. Since this event, the pyramid of power known on Earth known as the Cabal or Illuminati has fallen into disarray, because the Draco Alliance attempted to betray their underlings to the Sphere Beings in an attempt to gain passage out of the solar system and escape the coming justice of the SSP Alliance.

SSP factions encountered many intriguing things as they ventured out into the solar system. Apparently there are remnants of extremely old settlements and technology from what is called the Ancient Builder Race. These beings were incredibly advanced, using a type of consciousness technology that appears to be an inanimate object until activated by a user. They are also responsible for building ancient stargates found on nearly every major body in the solar system. According to the Agarthans, the Sphere Beings are in fact the Ancient Builder Race, although the SSP has yet to confirm this directly from them.

The dark side of the Moon is home to many different groups, including the ICC, the Draco Alliance, the SSP Alliance, the Dark Fleet, and more. The Moon is apparently an artificial object, and has become a neutral zone for all of these groups, which have maintained a peaceful armistice for thousands of years. The Moon serves as an observational outpost for over 60 groups of extraterrestrial races engaged in 22 genetic programs and social experiments on Earth. Some of these programs conflict with each other, yet all of them have influenced Earth's history for millennia.

  • DW - Hello, I’m David Wilcock and welcome to another episode of Cosmic Disclosure. I’m here with Corey Goode. In this episode, we’re going to get into government trolls: our friends we love to hate online who always are so willing to share their very-very negative and depraved opinions. But are they really just ordinary folks or is there something more going on? So Corey, welcome to the program.
  • CG - Thank you.
  • DW - I want to open this up by talking about a very-very bizarre television show that is now available. Anybody can watch it if they have a basic Netflix subscription. It’s called Ascension. In the show Ascension, they describe a honeypot situation where, when people started to find out about this program [secret] that they describe in the show. [In the show,] there are places online that they [intentionally] designed where you will find that information [about the program]. [The government in the show] made it out like it’s just a website but then they’re looking for people who actually are leaking real information and that leads to a government hit job [on the insider or whistleblower].
  • So is that aspect of what they’re saying in the show Ascension real? Will they hang information [out there] to see if a whistleblower shows up and try to make them think that it’s a trustworthy place to disclose data only to find out that the trap is going to snap on them?
  • CG - Yes. [the people behind these programs, usually through government proxies] use websites. They use people posting in forums and they use established researchers who have been compromised by informants of their own. They’ve got the infiltration of this field down to a fine art. They’ve had the infiltration of ufology and the esoteric community [right] from the beginnings since the early fifties (50’s). [The need to manage how information is understood and processed within the minds of the masses is crucial to ensuring the Cabal's plans and agenda come to fruition. If the people were allowed to think on their own, they would quickly realize the frauds of our age, and work together to change things for the better. As such, indoctrination into belief systems that make one complacent or distracted is essential for secret agendas to be realized. This is partially accomplished by creating artificial consensus, which is then leveraged against dissenting opinion using social intimidation. Often online personalities, what have come to be known as Trolls, are used to steer opinion and manipulate discussions.
The use of propaganda, disinformation, co-intelpro operatives, and paid government shills or trolls is all designed to distort perception and create a social form of trauma-based mind control. While this particular episode focuses on online trolls or fake personas, this is just one part of a grand holistically integrated reality management system — what has been called Social Engineering.

In my research and observation of the online community, the central focus of these government sponsored campaigns is to create an artificial version of reality that is widely accepted by the public. This is instrumental in realizing the ultimate goals of the Cabal, keeping the masses distracted by infighting and content with bread and circus. Once this socially indoctrinated belief system or worldview has been seeded into the community, the momentum or inertia of it will make any opposing point of view socially taboo. This type of belief system management can take place in large social settings or small comment threads online. Once the process begins, some people can easily be manipulated into acting in concert with paid trolls, unbeknownst to them, being led into Groupthink social conformity behavior patterns. This can quickly derail any honest discussion of a topic.

For example, after vaccine implementation during the mid 20th Century, it has become socially taboo to question the efficacy of vaccination — it has become a self-replicating social program embedded within the fabric of society. And in order to maintain this program, false personas are used to reinforce the illusion of consensus online, where dissent could blossom.

In order to create the illusion of social conformity to a dogmatic belief or viewpoint, artificial consensus is needed. In the past, creating consensus was more difficult, due to the diversification of social dynamics. But via centralized media, such as newspaper, television, radio, and most importantly the internet, people can engage in social exchanges that reinforce a carefully crafted belief systems. Today, Facebook, twitter, online forums, and comment sections of websites — to name a few — are used as venues to reinforce Cabal approved points of view. Thankfully, the more intrinsic knowledge one gains, oppose to blind belief in socially acceptable facts, the more resistant one is to manipulation by trolls and by social conformity.

Yet not all online interactions are with paid trolls. In many cases, due to weak self-knowledge and discernment, individuals become willing pawns or agents of government issued propaganda. By believing in a false concept, usually due to social intimidation, a person becomes a hapless dupe for promoting the troll's agenda. And they defend their beliefs with all the conviction and intensity of a religious zealot, perfectly playing their parts as initiators of constant infighting and division.

I suspect that the majority of online trolls are just confused misguided people, filled with venom from the hardships of life, looking to gain an ego boost in compensation for their profoundly dissatisfying existence. These individuals are the ones who enforce government propaganda and are the most easily intimidated by social conformity techniques. In other words, unpaid trolls are hurt and damaged people that need compassion and kindness, not more venom and hatred. Yet they are also so hurt that providing healing can be quite challenging.

Dealing with Trolls

I am hardly a master when it comes to dealing with trolls, but due to my zeal for sharing information online, I have had the pleasure of interacting with a great number of them.

In almost all cases, trolls are primarily interested in wasting your time and making you feel bad. Most of them are miserable people and they want everyone else to be too. They want you to question your beliefs, to become emotionally reactionary and to derail any honest sharing of ideas by steering a discussion away from the central point. And they always want the last word. Government trolls are even more insidious and skilled at causing stress and anxiety. Whether paid government operatives or just damaged individuals, trolls are there to distract, divide and make you upset. So one of the best pieces of advice I can give is to walk away from an interaction the moment you notice yourself getting out of balance.

The best approach I've found is to focus on the truth, if you choose to engage a troll at all. If you do decide to engage them, which can have its advantages, be surgical and to the point. Don't get distracted by name calling or strong language. To quote Mohammad Ali "float like a butterfly and sting like a bee." Be calm, kind and compassionate, deliver your truth, and know when to walk away — which is usually right way.

Making a clear concise statement that focuses on a topic of discussion, without feeding into distractions, makes the troll look foolish and invalidates the social conformity they are trying to engender. If you can manage to deliver a key point that materially refutes the trolls socially accepted point of view, then your mission was accomplished. But a troll will never admit defeat, and as such, you shouldn't expect them to. If you can remain calm and direct, onlookers will resonate with the truth and kindness of your response more than with the troll's venom, again derailing their goal.

But this method takes an incredible amount of self-discipline and mental clarity in order to effectively carry out, the compromising of a troll. So if you find yourself becoming reactionary, walk away. In the end, our time is more valuably spent engaging with people genuinely interested in discourse.

Simply put: when life hands you lemons, make lemonade — but only if you're thirsty.

When dealing with trolls and venomous people, whether online or in life, deliver your wisdom with love and kindness, and know when to walk away. Your love and compassion is like a seed that will grow into social change, but only when a season of gestation has passed.]

  • DW - How much of the information that people who are studying up on UFOs and reading online may be part of this program? Is this a fairly isolated phenomenon or is it a fairly widespread phenomenon? How prevalent is disinformation in the UFO community?
  • CG - It’s… incredible. It’s heavily controlled, heavily manipulated information.
<A few seconds of silence follow, both nodding their heads by the import of that situation>
  • DW - So… what are we really looking at here? Does this mean that the average person who feels like they’ve done a lot of homework and has studied up and learned all there is to know about UFOs… Are they polluted with an incredible amount of disinformation?
  • CG - Oh yes. I mean, I’ve talked to people who’ve angrily said, “I’ve done this for forty years, forty-five years!” “You know, ten, fifteen years I’ve been studying this.” “I’ve been in the middle of it!” Their egos can’t let them for a moment believe that they have been tricked by information [from] these infiltrators.
  • DW - Let’s talk about the abduction issue for a moment. It’s a very strange counterpoint between, for example, Dr. John Mack, who was a Ph.D. psychiatrist from Harvard University or it might have been M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). I’m trying to remember, it’s one of those two: big Ivy League… in Massachusetts… anyway. I think it’s Harvard.
  • Dr. John Mack, straight ahead, mainstream psychiatrist with all kinds of published papers behind him, is interviewing people in a therapeutic context using hypnotherapy. People get hypnotized and they start to report extraterrestrial contact. And he writes a big, thick book just like mine, <showing multiple inches with his hands> [a] five hundred (500) page monster. You read John Mack’s Abduction and there are innumerable reports of people having benevolent contact, spiritual, mind-expanding experiences — prophecies of some sort of very positive change for humanity. And he said there seems to be a very consistent element of the contact experience. Then he allegedly slips on the ice, falls, hits his head, and he dies right [when] UFOs are really starting to take off.
  • But then you have almost every other “alien abduction researcher” <quote gesture> [who is] completely divergent from what John Mack was saying. Abduction is this terrifying thing [if you're looking at this kind of research]. It’s only negative. They’re bringing you up. They’re taking genetic samples. They’re terrorizing you. Then they mind-wipe you and send you back down. [DW just described how artificial consensus is generated. As Hitler's Propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels said: "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it." Why? Because it overwhelms any opposing point of view in a profoundly unwise population — mass consciousness entrainment. People lacking in discernment skills (which is the vast majority of the population) judge the validity of a concept based on how popular it is. But clearly widespread acceptance is no measure of veracity. This underscores why blind faith in experts and gurus is always limiting, regardless of how benevolent or accurate the information is.]

  • DW - So let’s talk for a moment about the abduction narrative. Are these certain folks [who] are putting out very consistently negative narratives about abductions possibly on some sort of government payroll?
  • CG - [They’re] not necessarily on a payroll but [they’re] buying into a certain narrative that has been meticulously seeded with very believable information — information that they know that a certain person is predisposed to want to accept.
  • DW - Is it possible that there are people who are actually paid to write books and pose as normal researchers?
  • CG - Oh, yeah, that’s definitely true.
  • DW - Okay. I’m not going to name names but I’m thinking of one very strongly right now.
[Transcriber, Hugues Prévost's Note: DW is probably thinking about the case of Zecharia Sitchin covered in previous episodes. Usually a certain combination of carrot-and-stick type of pressure is applied. I also think that the fabricated narrative isn’t necessarily negative, at least on the surface. Several uplifting philosophical materials have certainly been put out to lead seekers on a trip to nowhere and cause division.] [The false New Age movement being a prime example of this. For a very in depth in your face presentation of the false New Age movement and false Law of Attraction, see Mark Passio's seven-hour presentation below.]

  • CG - The most important tool [they] have is a psychological profile on a person. [With] a psychological profile on a person, you’re able to find ways to get into their life, manipulate them [directly], or manipulate their belief systems. You know what they’re looking for, what their field of study [and] interests are. Then you can put in people that “have” that information with the caveats that you’ve put on it, disinformation caveats. And then they jump on — of if they bite that information, then you are in with them and then they are now, I guess parroting that information for you, if you’re a disinfo agent. [In other words, disinformation agents know their target audience so well they can craft a narrative that is easily accepted, and once done, the target now becomes a promoter of the disinformation. The media is one very clear example of this. They promoted the belief that 9/11 was due to radical Islamic terrorists, which the undiscerning population accepted as truth, and violently opposed any dissenting point of view. Major religions also employ similar social indoctrination techniques.]
  • DW - Well, let’s talk about that psychological profile. You obviously know what you’re talking about, but we don’t. So let’s just say you have someone on the internet who has been targeted. What do you actually see and what are they doing? What are they looking for?
  • CG - Well, they have different types. They’re going to break down your personality type.
  • DW - What does that mean?
  • CG - There are sixteen (16) main personality types. If you go and you take the test and you find out what you are, they have multiple — pages and pages that will describe your personality. Science has developed this personality typing over a long period of time. [I found the website which could be the one referenced by CG here.]
  • DW - I remember in college I majored in psychology. There was something called the MMPI or the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. It was a very-very complex multiple choice test that did crank out something like you’re describing at the end.
  • CG - Right. This is very similar.
  • DW - Yeah, okay.
  • CG - They’ve had a lot of these that have evolved over time.
  • DW - Okay.
  • CG - So they want to find out your personality type. Most people think that everybody thinks the same way that they do but we all approach things, think through things, differently. They want to get into your head and figure out how you think. Then they’re going to…
  • DW - Is neurolinguistic programming (NLP) part of this? [From Wikipedia: Neuro-Linquistic Programming is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. Its creators claim a connection between the neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. It is one branch of psychology that acknowledges that the mind is programmable. This is a central point to understand because ultimately all propaganda and social engineering techniques are forms of psychological conditioning or programming. The good news is, programs can be re-written, but only as a function of activating consciousness. In other words, the only one who is qualified to program your mind is you. Failure to do so ensures someone else will program it for you, which is another way of saying that your mind will be controlled.]
Related The Programmable Mind - An Extraordinarily Powerful 6 Minute Video from Bruce Lipton
  • CG - Yeah.
  • DW - Okay. Then how does that factor in? Because I’ve heard that some people are more visual, some people are more auditory, some people are more… You’ll see people, the way they look, like they’ll move their hands, and where they look when they’re talking about something has to do with what part of the brain they’re accessing, that kind of thing? [One example of this is asking a question to see if someone is lying. If they look to the right, this could indicate the creative centers of the brain are in use, for concocting a lie. If they look to the left, they could be accessing the logic and reason centers, attempting to recall the facts of a memory, or being honest. Here is an article discussing more of this. It is founded on the notion that our physical behavior directly correlates to mental processes, such as micro-expressions.]
  • CG - And they’re going to need that type of information to know how best to target you. Then they’re going to get as much information about the type of friends you keep, the type of content you watch on television, the type of information you follow on the internet, the type of comments you make on social media…
  • Any and all information, they take, they put it together, and they have these different arrays of different types of psychiatrists that then pour over it and come out with a final psychological profile that says… It’s a profile that an operative can look at and use to say, this person will most likely behave this way in this scenario. Or if I want this person to behave this way, this scenario will most likely elicit this response.
  • DW - Well, I got pulled into jury duty a few times, and these attorney end up asking everybody certain questions. When they’re trying to select a jury, obviously they want to pick jurors that are—they think are going to be more likely to win. So…
  • CG - They’re profiling you.
  • DW - Yeah. So what is this? Is there a document? And is it like a stapled series of 8 ½ by 11 pages that you can flip through? How many…
  • CG - Well, if you print it out…
  • DW - So it’s a written document.
  • CG - Right. It’s a typed document. It depends on what type of information they’ve been able to… If they’ve gotten into your medical records, they’ll have medications that you’re on. Sometimes if they want to get in and switch out your medications, that’s handy to have. They want to know absolutely everything about you. So there will be medical information that’s supposed to be HIPAA safe —everything that you can think of.
  • DW - Well, one of the things we’ve heard over the years — I’ve been in this field a long time — when people are actually contacted by agents, which used to happen a lot more than it does now…
  • CG - Right.
  • DW - …and they actually do want to intimidate you, they will say things to you where you’re like, “Wait a minute, I didn’t tell anybody that. How the hell did you know that?” So that gives them a lot of power. They’ll use all kinds of surveillance and they want to have all these invasive personal details. So is it like an analysis of vulnerability? Is there a tactical breakdown of where somebody’s vulnerabilities are? If you hit this button, you’ll get them to break?
  • If you hit this button, you can take away their money. If you hit this button, their relationship is going to fall apart. If you hit this button, their family’s going to turn on them. If you hit this button, then this is where they go shopping and you could target their car while they’re in the shopping mall?
  • CG - <Nodding approval throughout DW’s previous statements> Pretty much.
  • DW - Wow. What’s the tone in these documents? Is it sarcastic and mocking or it’s just very clinical and scientific?
  • CG - It’s clinical, scientific, matter-of-fact.
  • DW - So it doesn’t have a lot of nasty talking-down language or anything?
  • CG - Hmm-hmm. <Nodding no with intonation>

  • DW - Okay. So, let’s get into the core of what I wanted to speak about in this episode, which is people online are in discussion forums and we’ve been watching this happen for a long time. I first started to go online with a fourteen point four kilobyte-per-second (14.4 kB/s) modem dial-up, which I didn’t even realize went that high. I only did it at four point four (4.4), forty-four hundred (4400). Oh my gosh, it goes up to 14.4!
  • CG - I remember…
  • DW - And one of the first things I did [was to go] to Richard C. Hoagland’s discussion forum on Enterprise Mission. And I’m [thinking], “Here’s this guy coming out with this incredible stuff.” There’s a monument on Mars. It looks like a face, obviously artificial, with pyramids right nearby and a five-sided pyramid down at the bottom.

Sydonia site, home to the face on Mars.

Sydonia site on Mars.

Sydonia site on Mars.
  • DW - NASA’s got it on these photographs. There’s all these geometric alignments that lead to a new physics of a tetrahedron inside a sphere. This is where the Great Red Spot is on Jupiter and this where Hawaii is on Earth, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, wow!
Image Source. Giant Red spot of Jupiter at 19.5º Latitude.

Image Source. 19.5º points marked in blue.

Image Source. 19.5º degree dashed line above the tropical latitudes marked by the solid line.
  • DW - And then I started reading this stuff [on the forum.] Why would these people be so angry and so aggressive? And over the years, I started to notice, when you really get these nasty skeptics, they will never acknowledge that you made a point. They never change their mind. Their opinions never flex even slightly, and they just will constantly be on the attack. Any rational, normal person, if you win a point, they will acknowledge and concede, “Yeah, yeah, that’s true. Maybe I ought to be looking at this differently.”
  • But these folks are like little fundamentalists and all they do is they just caw and caw, like a raven, “Caw!” And they never get past their own opinion. When people see folks like this online, are you saying that these people actually are being paid?

  • CG - Not all, I mean, there’s a phenomenon of anonymity, power. People feel powerful [with] anonymity on the internet. They feel like — especially if they don’t feel empowered in real life to stand up to people — they will overcompensate with the anonymity of the internet. There are people [who] are narcissists and sociopaths [who] just get off getting into circular debates. So there is that [kind of troll]. But I’m absolutely positive [there are also paid trolls] because I helped set up a government data center for government trolls…
  • DW - You helped set it up?
  • CG - Right, as an IT (Information Technology) setup, a virtual data center where each station had a post coming up, six monitors branching off, one computer station that ran VMware workstation. [VMware is a computer service that enables a user to access a virtual environment using a local machine connected to the internet. The virtual environment could look just like windows Vista or 7, but the server for that environment is at a remote location. This type of technology allows users to change their IP addresses to locations other than the actual, making them more anonymous and better suited for these activities. The server location can be changed, enabling an operator in the Orlando Florida, for example, to appear as though they are accessing the internet from conceivably anywhere in the world, other than their true location.]
  • CG - They’d pull up VMware workstation and they would pull up a virtual computer screen. It would be just like when you log on to your computer. You pull up a virtual machine, a virtual computer, but this computer could be on a server anywhere in the world and the IP (Internet Protocol) address is anywhere, wherever that server is in the world. So you can be sitting at this station and be pulling up these virtual machines from servers all over the world and make it look like you’re in those location from the IP address.
  • And these people would have over a dozen different personalities that were created online, and had backstories, back information, have social media tied to them — very complex personalities set up with them. These operatives were normally what we call the “personality metamorph types.” It’s a program of people that were sociopaths, really good liars and infiltrators. [They] were really sociopaths and were really good at this job.
  • And they would sit down. Some of them would just troll around looking for information. Some of them would be given targets. [They’d] go to certain internet forums — esoteric internet forums — log on with three or four user IDs, and sit there and cause a huge disruption. If they saw a topic that was legit or something they didn’t want to be talked about, [they’d] cause a big disruption and sit there and have an argument with their self. And it looks like it’s three or four people, problem people, having an argument, when it’s really the same person sitting at a computer using virtual machines from all over the world and using fake personalities with user IDs.
  • DW - Well, you have people [who] show up on my site and you get a whole bunch of them that all appear at once, and they start making all these anti-semitic comments. And then if we allow those to go through, somebody could then say, "well, David is hosting anti-semitic content on his website."
  • CG - I delete those immediately off my site.

  • DW - Yeah. What is the modus operandi of these attacks? I think what people are having a hard time understanding is, this is not a free, open debate. Are they trying to get people to doubt any of this information? Is that basically what it is? They want to make it seem like it’s not credible?
  • CG - They’ll put out misinformation to cloud the water, make people doubt and make people think there’s been inconsistencies, [to spread confusion and doubt]. They’ll put out full disinformation contrary to it or they will just make — they will sit there and bait people into debates that turn into circular debates that frustrate people to where people are triggered and don’t want to come back, or they just say, “Pfft” to the whole thing, [dismissing a valid topic of research for invalid reasons]. I mean, a whole bunch of different scenarios and tactics that they use to manipulate and play with people’s minds.
  • And they even go as far — if there are certain people who are strong supporters of a certain topic that they don’t like — they’ll begin to harass people, stalk them online, and even form alliances with real people and manipulate them into causing problems for the person as well. They will manipulate other people that are of a similar mindset to cause problems as well. So they’re not just manipulating the people they disagree with. They’ll find other skeptics, feed them information for them to say, “Oh, okay, I knew it!” And then they will take that misinformation and feed it further down the line.
  • I’ve seen a lot of that happening with bloggers [who] may have good intentions, but just have a certain point of view. Then they receive information that they don’t take the time to verify and they just pass it along. These days, honestly, anyone can open a blog or self-publish a book and/or a YouTube channel. So a lot of these types of people can be compromised as well.
  • DW - Is it more useful to the Cabal if somebody gets into a highly charged emotional state, as opposed to if they’re calm and rational? [Rational people who can judge a concept on its merits to discern the truth are very dangerous to the Cabal. The systematic destruction of rational and critical thinking happens online as well as in our schools and places of work. But in order to balance genuine curiosity, social conformity and intimidation techniques are employed. The effect being, an individual willingly derails their curiosity in favor of social acceptance, belief in a false idea that everyone else believes.]
  • CG - Yes. Their goal is to throw you off. If you’re calm, cool, and [collected], and having a discussion in that manner. They’ll try to get you into a circular debate until they trigger you and you lose it. And then they can say, “See, look at this person.”
  • DW - Well, and you can now ruin your whole career with one tweet.
  • CG - Right.
  • DW - Less than one hundred forty (140) characters can just destroy somebody.
  • CG - Right, you can ruin your reputation.
  • DW - And there’s always a digital footprint of everything you say online, no matter how charged you are, if you get blind with rage or whatever.
  • CG - Right. These people are very clever. A lot of them will approach you and be real friendly even, and you’ll feel an affinity towards them and then “Pfft!” you know, they’ll turn on you [after] some information you shared with them.
  • DW - So will they feed your ego and boost you up and make you feel really important?
  • CG - Right. You’ve got to be very careful with people [who] are telling you you’re special and boosting your ego, telling you how important your work is, and that kind of thing. It’s nice to hear but you’ve got to be careful.
  • DW - I noticed at the very beginning of my career that some of the people who wrote me the most complex complimentary emails, if I then answered them, that they could turn very quickly and go from really praising me to be extremely angry, upset, and negative.
  • CG - I’ve been shocked at the number of people [who] I thought were friendlies [and then] turned on me <snapping fingers> because I didn’t answer their Skype. I got busy and didn’t answer their Skype in a certain amount of weeks or whatever, and then “Poof!” you know… So some of it is just personality, people out there [who] are just being people. But the data centers that we set up were absolutely for the purpose of targeting people out there [who] were putting out information and also to locate these people and report them up the chain so [that] action could be taken against them.
  • DW - Well, let’s remind the viewer that Glen Greenwald, after leaving The Guardian, made his own website called The Intercept. And there’s a very complex series of Snowden documents that he’s released on The Intercept, documenting how they do this and showing flow charts and action plans of how these agents would attack this stuff, what things to say. [Last year, we posted an article detailing some of these images released by Snowden. They are clearly meant to train personnel on how to be an online troll.]

  • DW - And there [were] even examples in the documents, the Snowden documents, of like a seagull that’s taken as it’s flying fast so there’s motion blur onto the body, and it’s kind of looks like a saucer. Now that picture is in there without any commentary but it seemed pretty clear, if you kind of connect the dots, that UFO forums were one of the things they were infiltrating.
  • CG - Oh, yeah! That’s the esoteric UFO forums and political, and non-governmental organization forums are their main targets.

  • DW - Right before the Snowden documents came out, people might remember that there were other things starting to leak. One of them was — this was just a few days before Snowden — that folks from the Tea Party were getting unnaturally audited at a much higher rate from the IRS than people [who] were not. Did they have the power to do stuff like that? Can they go after you through various corporate means, including taxes or maybe health insurance or your job?
  • CG - Once [a troll] reported up the chain and you’re put on any number of lists, then you’re open game to be targeted in any number of ways. If you’re seen as a threat and you’re put on one of these government threat lists — which undoubtedly you and I are definitely on <both chuckling> and a lot of people are on that follow a lot of this information, especially if they’re outspoken, they’re definitely on lists — and things like that can occur.
  • DW - My website as a company — I was told I had to create an LLC (Limited Liability Company) for tax purposes.
  • CG - Yeah, I did too.
  • DW - The bank, there [were] people that did a review before they’d give me the bank account. And this is just a simple bank account, nothing special. And the lady thought she was all smart and types in “David Wilcock” on Google, and the first thing that comes up below my name is “David Wilcock fraud” on Google. "Oh well, he must be a fraud." And I went back to them and I said, "do you realize that I’ve written two New York bestselling books and I’m on the number-one rated show on History Channel?" “Ohh!”
  • And I said, “Look, tell her that everybody in my field, this is what happens.” "There are people out there [who] don’t like controversial information." I just left it at that. So this stuff is real. People need to be aware.
  • And were you just brought in for a week as a consultant for this job, or was this something you had for a longer period of time?

  • CG - You’re usually brought in to do virtualization. I was brought in to set up the virtual environment, to help the people with their workstations get set up learning how to navigate their new virtual environment that was set up — that me and other people set up. And then after that, we moved on.
  • DW - So you have a matrix of six screens, probably three on top, three on the bottom?
  • CG - Right.
  • DW - And then with the VMware, each screen is a virtual machine in some different part of the world so the IP address looks like they live in different area?

  • CG - Right.
  • DW - And then they’re working all these screens at the same time to have arguments with each other?
  • CG - At times, yes. They’ll sit there and argue with their self, with these alternate ego personalities, or they’ll just be in multiple forums at the same time, causing problems, waiting for other people to respond. [They'll] go to one [persona], say a few things, kick the hornet’s nest over here, go back to the other forum, hit refresh, see what happened… that kind of thing.

  • DW - Hmm, [all] this is probably going to upset and annoy some people, make them pissed off. What can be done about this? Is maybe spreading the awareness and you coming forward with this, validating what the Snowden documents said on The Intercept, Glen Greenwald’s website? Is that part of the process? And also, I guess, what’s the best way to handle this if you think somebody is doing this online? Should you argue with them? Should you try to expose them?
  • CG - Just being aware that this is occurring is the first step. Second step — and I’ve been guilty of it myself, it’s hard not to sometimes — do not engage them. Ignore them. Pretend you didn’t even see what they said. That drives them crazy. Just don’t get into a circular debate. If you talk to a person and it looks like it’s going into a circular debate, they’re stuck. They’re going to just reargue, reargue, [and] reargue a moot point, then just move on. [Agreed, and I'll refer to the commentary I left above. If you do decide to leave a comment, be clear, concise and kind, and then move on. Don't waste your time, that's what the troll is trying to get you to do.]
  • DW - What did they see that it is in the human psyche that makes us — you know, we could get one hundred positive emails but we’ll go for the one that’s negative and focus in on that, or we’ll see a hundred positive discussions on a forum, and one person is a hater and we’ve got to attack that person? What’s the vulnerability in us, and how can we heal that vulnerability so that we’re not wanting to engage in these conflicts? [I'll add that most people, due to social conformity conditioning, are deeply entrenched in self-loathing due to low self esteem. Yet this loathing is hidden under a facade of false confidence. As a result, individuals of this type, are usually drawn to any situation that provides them a way to make themselves feel superior. If someone says something they think is wrong, they will be driven to leave a comment saying as much, which temporarily boosts their ego. The awakening community is not immune to this, and even the kindest people can slip into egocentric reactiveness. The solution is to heal thyself, replace the false self-knowledge you have gained through social indoctrination — the beliefs that encourage low self esteem — with true self-knowledge. The more clearly you know yourself, the less reactionary you are and the more immune to trolling you will be.]
  • CG - It is a part of human nature that we always focus on the negative. But also, it goes back to the personality profiles, and them knowing your weak spot. You know… if they’ve found that you don’t like — if you’re uncomfortable with the way your chin looks, they’ll focus on your chin kind of thing.
  • DW - Do you think it’s advisable for people to spend more time cultivating real friendships in the real world?
  • CG - Yes.
  • DW - Because I’ve never had somebody talk to me in person, in all the years I’ve done this, for twenty years — in all the years I’ve been doing this, I’ve never had somebody speak to me in person with anywhere near the degree of disrespect than if I read all the comments and emails that are out there per day, I could probably find ten or twenty that are like that.
  • CG - No one is the way they are in person when they’re on the internet. Even if they say, “I’m always this gruff. I don’t care!” Some of the people, yeah, I guess that’s true. But for the most part, even the nicest old lady, when they have the anonymity of the internet and their power to say whatever they want, they’re going to bang out some stuff here and there.
[Transcriber, HP's Note: I find that people suffer of the same type of uncharacteristic aggressive behavior when they’re driving on the highway especially. So it’s not all that surprising that the “information highway” would facilitate such bad behavior. My guess is that having our personal aspirations being crushed and ignored daily can easily result in chaotic expressions whenever we found ourselves wearing anonymous masks of some sort, whether it’s a car enclosure or an avatar image on the internet.]
  • CG - And [it is] the power of the anonymity of being on the internet and being able to make comments that you wouldn’t do face-to-face normally… It’s not the best way to meet people. I’ve known a lot of people [who] have met their soulmates on dating sites. [So] I’m not going to knock that. But internet forums are heavily, heavily, heavily compromised by both troubled people and paid government trolls. So I don’t even go to them anymore. They’re extremely compromised.
  • DW - If somebody does want to try to spread the truth and they feel like some people are not listening to the truth, what are some positive things people can do to help spread this message? Should they be fighting somebody if that person just doesn’t get it? Should they try a little bit and then back off? What are some positive ways to try to combat this influence and get the truth out?
  • CG - Well, speak to those who are willing to listen. You’re not going to be able to convince someone, so move to those who seem interested and want to know more. Don’t waste your time on the person that’s going to just want to argue with you. It’s a waste of time. [I'll add briefly that developing rapport or a relationship with someone greatly enhances their receptivity to what you are attempting to offer. For example, if someone you never met walked up to you and had a 15-minute monolog of information they felt was very important for you to know, would you spend your time to honestly and open-mindedly listen to them? Maybe, but in our fast-paced lives, we are trained to dismiss anything that does not resonate with our beliefs. In my experience, relationship forming and creating a space of vulnerability helps open the mind and quiet reactiveness. Telling people truths can be very unnerving for the receiving party. Take that into consideration when offering your wisdom. And be patient. Don't feel the need to force others to accept your views right away. Learn to become aware of when someone is closing their mind, and take a step back. For example, sometimes sharing the truth about UFOs is too much to handle. But after developing a relationship with someone, speaking about less controversial topics, they will eventually be ready to receive the more mind blowing information. The truth is eternally patient, and in a way, we must be equally patient when attempting to be of service to others by sharing our truths.]
  • DW - I think that’s a good point for us to end this episode on. This is Cosmic Disclosure. I’m your host, David Wilcock. We’ll see you next time and I thank you for watching.
