A 2nd high frequency microwave pulse appeared over the West Pacific on Oct 22nd into the 23rd, 2013. Now followed by the formation of a NEW tropical invest area (tropical low) developing along the paths of the previous three storms. This video compares the graphical representation of a large microwave pulse on the MIMIC vs. a large microwave transmission detected on a high frequency web-SDR. The two transmissions look very much the same, proving the MIMIC weather display is indeed showing us a high frequency pulse of some kind.
